All content on this website including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, case studies, logos, graphics, illustrations, icons, photographs, audio and video clips, and the selection and arrangement thereof is the proprietary property of Tech Laurel or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the website content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

3.3 Client Deliverables

These Terms of Service do not convey any rights in client deliverables.

4. User Conduct

All client engagements are governed by separate, executed written agreements, which typically include:

• A Master Service Agreement (MSA) setting out the general commercial terms, warranty, liability, and IP ownership provisions applicable to all work.
• A Statement of Work (SoW) defining the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and acceptance criteria for each project.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will prevail with respect to the subject matter it covers.

6. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Laurel expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
